With our truly portable amorphous Silicon flat panel systems, Flat foX-17 and foX-Rayzor, a bomb tech can analyze highest quality images on site, as well as immediately differentiate organic materials e.g. explosives or drugs from inorganic substances such as metals. Our proprietary algorithm enables this process automatically. 

Now we are proud to present our newest revolutionary product – the XR-DE Dual Energy Module, which enables automatic organic / inorganic detection with a pulsed Golden XR200 or XRS-3 source for the first time. The module simply snaps onto the nose of your Golden pulsed

X-ray source (no screws, no assembly) and you can continue to use the source in the regular manner with no decrease in penetration. With 270kV, DE penetration is improved by 200% allowing for better Probability Of Detection (POD) in IED’s.

This new tool is yet another step towards increased safety that VIDISCO products offer. XR-DE continues our One Approach (or no approach when working with a robot) philosophy. You need not return down-range when working with it. It draws its power form the ICU or the X-ray source batteries (wireless mode) and is controlled entirely from the system laptop, located at a safe distance.
