Take a look at three of Vidisco’s newly improved products: The Improved Protective Cover for RayzorX, New Filter Cover for BlazeX and the New Generation Reel.
Vidisco’s proprietary Xbit software features a sophisticated database that can store, manage, sort and retrieve thousands of images. In addition to storing X-ray images, the database also keeps records containing associated annotation files, identifying information (project, location, date and time), and attached files such as technical specs and external images. All of this data can easily be retrieved repeatedly.

Always looking for ways to improve its portable digital X-ray systems, Vidisco recently upgraded several of its core products, thereby ensuring the company’s continued status as number one leader in the field of Digital Radiography. Read all about it in Vidisco’s October Security Newsletter.
The Slider 2 X 2 is an outstanding accessory which enhances flexibility of operation of the RayzorX and more veteran FoX-Rayzor digital radiography systems by auto-shifting the Imager from afar and covering an image area that is four times larger than that of the RayzorX. Four acquired images are blended into a large area image. As only a single approach is required, down range time is dramatically reduced. Introducing A New and Improved Vidisco Product: The XR-DE Plus The new and improved XR-DE Plus module is now equipped with built-in wireless, thereby eliminating the need for a cable between the X-ray source and the ICU. Thus, both the XR-DE Plus module and the pulsed X-ray source can be controlled via wireless communication.

Vidisco recently launched the BlazeX portable digital X-ray system, the third model in its X series. The ruggedized, lightweight new panel offers an X-ray imaging area of 260 X 320 mm (~10.2 X 12.6 inch), as well as high resolution - 3.97 lp/mm (127 µm pixel pitch). The new product will be available in the traditional configurations – the regular hard case, backpack, the ‘Chaser,’ and the Extended Temperature Range BlazeX configuration, which functions reliably, even within a temperature range of -20oC to + 40oC. The company’s proprietary Xbit software offers all-in-one image grabbing and analysis in a user-friendly package complete with sophisticated enhancement tools to immediately enable the best quality of analysis, documentation and data sharing. As always, special emphasis has been placed on enhanced safety thanks to remote operation and reduced exposure time. To the Blaze page
