X-ray inspection equipment with Dual WiFi X LR
High Power Wireless
X-ray inspection equipment, standalone or on a robot, featuring the Dual WiFi X LR set - two high-power wireless WiFi X LR units which facilitate wireless connection of up to 1500m (~ 1 mile!) - line of sight. The security operator can activate the robot only as a carrying mule for the digital X-ray inspection equipment and still achieve long distance wireless communication by using the Dual WiFi X LR configuration. The capacity to turn on the wireless transmission from a safe distance via the robot’s control system decreases energy consumption while reducing wireless transmission time to a minimum. The internal batteries in each of the Dual WiFi X LR transceivers provide continuous operation of up to 5 hours. When working with external power (AC), a unique power switching system (from external power to batteries) guarantees continuous wireless communication. Dual WiFi X LR is supplied with mounting accessories so it is easy to place the units on to a robot or a vehicle. Packed in one ruggedized case, the Dual WiFi X LR completes the Vidisco robot integration arsenal.
